Judith Butler

The UAB awarded Judith Butler an honorary doctorate in recognition of their eminent contribution to philosophy and contemporary critical thinking, as well as for their scientific contributions to research, knowledge and dissemination of a feminist and queer ethic committed to global justice, equality and respect for diversity.
